Welcome to Devon Belles - Bell Tent Hire!
A small family run business devoted to bringing a first class service
to the world of bell tent hire!
As the name suggests, we are based in Devon but travel all over the UK delivering tents!
We provide pop-up bell tent villages for guests at weddings, parties & festivals & currently run a fleet of over 80 bell tents, capable of accommodating up to 500 guests. However we have no minimum number you must book and welcome individual tent bookings!
Each of our clients is assured of our utmost care & attention to their booking, we know that no matter how big or small the occasion, it is special to them.
At Devon Belles we pride ourselves on our reliability, flexible booking system and our competitive prices!
We know what an expensive time it can be for those organising events and functions, and as such offer the host the chance to invite their guests to book and pay for their tents directly with us to save them the cost and hassle.
The host can reserve the tents with a deposit of just £40 per tent, which is returned to them once their guests book the number of tents equivalent to or surpassing the amount of their deposit.
Our tents are delivered and pitched by our helpful and efficient, uniformed staff, ready for you or your guests to move straight into!

All of our staff wear uniforms & will pitch your tents quietly & efficiently whilst showing the utmost consideration for your venue or grounds.
The set-up manager who arrives with our crew will ensure your tents are pitched in the most attractive way possible & everything will be measured & spaced to perfection!

Our tents are all replaced regularly and are of the highest quality!
Our main fleet of tents are all 5m in diameter which are a great space for a couple or spacious enough to accommodate a family or group of friends of up to 6 people.
Being cotton canvas they have the bonus of being warmer in the cool weather
& cooler in the hot weather!
The ground sheet is zipped in, so if we have hot weather you can zip up the sides & turn the tent into a beautiful sun canopy that appears to float in the air!
We replace our tents regularly so no tent in our fleet will ever be more than a few months old.
This means they always look their best when out on parade!
When considering hiring our tents it's important to remember that in addition to being 5m in diameter, they also have guy ropes which require a further 1.5m all the way around, to be pitched.
All of our tents come from the wonderful Bell Tent Boutique, renowned for their great quality. These are luxury bell tents with heavy duty 540gsm waterproof PVC zipped in ground sheets & European tested to BS5852 fire retardancy standards.

Devon Belles was set up by Emma whilst running a campsite for her then employer. She watched busy Mum's & Dad's arriving at the campsite and battle to put up tents whilst managing over excited children & the occasionally unkind British weather! It occurred to her how much more of a holiday camping would be if someone else did the hard work for them, so they could just turn up and start their holiday straight away.
In 2015, after much deliberation, the first tent was bought with her credit card, and so Devon Belles was born!
In 2017, Devon Belles had grown so much & was now providing pop-up accommodation for guests at weddings & festivals as well as catering for camping holidays, and Emma left her part time job to run the little fleet of bell tents full time.

Since then Devon Belles has grown to a fleet over over 8o tents & delivers tents all over the UK for parties and weddings, but has not lost the feel of a small company. We have an excellent reputation for both our customer care & the service we provide, every single booking being dealt with on a personal, one-to-one basis so each client feels they are our priority - regardless whether they are hiring 1 tent or 80!
Devon Belles is quintessentially English, with much conversation being devoted to the weather,
there are no problems that cannot be solved by tea, and we're always hopeful our clients will have a dog we can pet. One client described us as "Enid Blyton in a 4x4" - and we loved that!
In addition to this very English style, our main core of staff come from all over the world, bringing ideas & themes to make our tents rich, diverse & enchanting!
